Providing support for mental health and overcoming loneliness in the local community
Welton St Mary’s Church of England Primary Academy have found a way to bring a little festive cheer and warmth into the homes of many people who live within their community this year. The children of Year 6 have written letters to local residents, taking the opportunity to write for a real audience and purpose.
The children in school are now receiving letters of reply much to their delight. What are special way to live through the school values, especially through challenging times – Thank you WTSM!
