Compliance Training
In this area of the L.E.A.D. Equate website, we have collated helpful resources to support L.E.A.D. Academy Trust schools in managing mandatory training in school.
L.E.A.D. Academy Trust currently subscribes to the National College, to provide all colleagues with a shared platform for undertaking mandatory training.
Each school should have at least one Group Manager set up on the national College system. This might be a senior leader (such as a headteacher, school business professional, or deputy headteacher). The Group Manager can set up watchlists, which organise training modules into a helpful format and allows deadlines for completion to be set and monitored.

We have collated links to all the training courses that the Central Team have identified on the following posters. Some schools print and display these in the staff room or email electronic versions to all colleagues, as well as using watchlists to administrate training.
